Jim Dalton
Jim Dalton is known as "eoghanjames" on the MassWrestling forums - Jim is originally from Stoughton MA, but now lives in the
Merrimac Valley, after some years of "wanderlust". He has wrestled and coached on the HS, Youth and College level,
off and on, since the mid 1970's. After contracting the wrestling virus at a young age, and searching the world for a
cure, he has finally made peace within himself, and now helps others to: "live with it" (No...not really).

Amir Moghadam
Amir comes to MassWrestling.com to provide sports pyschology and mental training advice
to wrestlers who are seeking ways to improve or fix mental training issues. He has earned a Master of Social Work from Boston
College. Sports
psychology isn't always taken seriously by high school atheletes, unfortunately. Division I
college teams have a sports psychcologist hired full time just for their atheletes. Amir is
here to provide free advice that one might pay large amounts of
money for from a private sports psychcologist. Amir is open for questions and advice at any time.
